Apprenticeships provide people with a unique on the job experience, increase retention rates, and give an entrance to applicants. These positions offer applicants to learn a trade or skill rather than just relying on formal classroom instruction.
There are many different industries offering apprenticeships including: Information Technology, Construction, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Transportation. Different companies conduct business apprenticeship programs to develop skilled workers with specialized knowledge in a particular field.
