The Collective held a ribbon cutting with the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their anniversary at 239 N. Broadway.
The Collective, founded in 2016, is a vibrant coworking space and community hub for female entrepreneurs in Edmond, Oklahoma. Over the past nine years, The Collective has grown into a supportive environment where women leaders can connect, collaborate, and thrive.
The space was originally opened by Amber Klunzinger as an office space where women could work free of distractions to help maintain the balance between work and home. In 2020, The Collective was purchased by its current owner, Mandi Casey. Since then, services have evolved to more than a desk.
Their mission is to provide women in business with the resources, community, and mentorship needed to grow and scale their ventures.
They offer flexible coworking memberships and event space for workshops, networking, and community gatherings. Additionally, they provide masterminds and business coaching specifically designed to help women elevate their leadership, align with their goals, and take intentional steps forward through programs like their CEO Scaling Workshop and Elevate Mastermind, a year-long coaching container.
Leadership development workshops focus on mindset, business strategy, and personal growth, while special events such as Speed Networking and community mixers foster connection and community. The Collective is more than a desk — it’s a place where women can feel seen, heard, and empowered to rise as leaders in their businesses and beyond.
