Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a family-style restaurant known for its fresh, high-quality ingredients and welcoming atmosphere, celebrated the grand opening of its Edmond location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.
The new restaurant marks the brand’s second location in Oklahoma and is locally owned and operated by Edmond residents Jesse and Mona Kang. Following the success of their Midwest City location, the Kangs are excited to continue growing in the community and create a space where families, friends, and teams can gather and connect.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza is known for its dough made fresh daily, 100% whole milk mozzarella, signature crispy curly pepperoni, and edge-to-edge toppings. The menu features specialty pizzas, wings, salads, and shareable sides—offering something for groups of all sizes.
“As Edmond residents, opening this location is incredibly meaningful for our family,” said Mona Kang. “We’re excited to bring a place where people can gather, celebrate, and enjoy great food together.”
Designed with a family-friendly atmosphere, the Edmond location offers dine-in seating, a weekday lunch buffet, arcade games, and space for group events, along with convenient carryout and delivery options.
