The Edmond Chamber of Commerce celebrated a special ribbon-cutting ceremony with Heart to Heart Hospice, recognizing the organization’s recent expansion into Oklahoma City and welcoming its team as a new member of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.
Heart to Heart Hospice provides compassionate, patient-centered hospice care and supportive services for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. The organization’s interdisciplinary care team is dedicated to enhancing quality of life by providing comfort, dignity, and personalized care wherever patients call home.
Founded in 2003, Heart to Heart Hospice has grown to more than 65 locations across Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas. With the opening of its Oklahoma City location, the organization looks forward to serving the Edmond and greater Oklahoma City communities while continuing its mission of delivering compassionate care the “Heart to Heart” way.
