Celebrity Dancer: Pamela Williams

Pamela Williams
PIKE Evolution
Pamela Williams –
Pamela was born and raised in Edmond and is a proud graduate of EMHS, Class of 2003. She earned her cosmetology license before even walking the stage and began her hairstyling career while studying photojournalism and social studies at UCO. Balancing school and a loyal clientele taught her early on that she loves connecting with people—and that she doesn’t shy away from a full plate.
In 2023, she met her business partner Devin, and from the start, she knew they were meant to build something together. That something became PIKE Evolution—a completely independent, non-franchise Lagree fitness studio that they created from the ground up. What she loved about hair was the people, but what was craving was something deeper: autonomy, community, health, and a way to create lasting impact. PIKE gave her all of that from day one.
Shes resilient, driven, and not afraid to go against the grain. She loves movement, and grew up practicing ballet, jazz, and hip hop. She still jumps at any chance to dance, laugh, and let loose with friends and family. She also loves to travel, hike, and explore the world. At home, she’s usually being entertained by her two cats, Mav and Goose—yes, Top Gun inspired—and she’s currently trying to teach them to walk on a leash.
She’s excited to participate in Dancing with the Stars—not just for the chance to dance, but to support the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and the community that has played such a huge role in her journey.
QUESTIONS:
What’s your go-to hype song? “33 Max Verstappen” by Carte Blanq & Maxx Power.
What famous celebrity would you play your character in your life’s movie? Natalie Portman.
What is your “signature dance move?” Not sure that this is a dance move but turn on “Yeah” by Usher and I’ll throw down.
If you had to describe your dancing style in one word, what would it be? Unhinged.
What are you most look forward to about the Edmond’s Dancing with the Stars event and supporting the Edmond Chamber of Commerce? Sequins. Dancing. People dropping dimes. Honestly, the fun. I love movement, I love music, and I love a reason to celebrate—and this is all of that, wrapped in a way that supports something I deeply care about: the Edmond community. I’m excited to push myself creatively, learn from a pro, and just let go a little.
