Kara De La Peña

NP2GO

Kara De La Peña is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the visionary founder behind NP2GO, a modern healthcare practice redefining accessibility and convenience. Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kara is also an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association.

She launched NP2GO in 2019 with a bold mission: to make high-quality, patient-centered care more accessible to the Oklahoma City metro community.

Mike Crandall

Mike Crandall is a Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and Author focused on the Subconscious Psychology of Human Interaction and Motivation. He is brought in by Business Owners and Executives to work on the Behaviors, Attitudes, Techniques, and Guts needed to be more Successful in Business Improvement, Sales / Revenue Growth, and Employee Development. His firm specializes in helping identify the Blind Spots and Obstacles that are holding you back and then implementing Systems, Behaviors, and Guts to become more Successful. Judy Farrar

Oklahoma ER & Hospital

Judy Farrar serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Oklahoma ER & Hospital, where she has been an integral part of the organization since 2018. With over 15 years of experience in emergency nursing—seven of which have been in leadership roles—Judy brings a wealth of clinical expertise and strategic insight to her position.

Erick Harris

Oklahoma House of Representitives

In 2024, Erick Harris was elected to represent House District 39 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. In the House, Erick serves as Assistant Majority Whip, and Vice-Chair of the Appropriations & Budget Judiciary Subcommittee and the Judiciary and Public Oversight Criminal Judiciary Subcommittee. He also serves on the Presiding Officer Team for the 60th Oklahoma Legislature. 

Pamela Williams

PIKE Evolution

Pamela Williams was born and raised in Edmond and is a proud graduate of EMHS, Class of 2003. She earned her cosmetology license before even walking the stage and begun her hairstyling career while studying photojournalism and social studies at UCO. Balancing school and a loyal clientele taught her early on that she loves connecting with people—and that she doesn’t shy away from a full plate.

In 2023, She met her business partner Devin, and from the start, they knew they were meant to build something together.

Todd McKinnis

Rubenstein & Pitts

Todd McKinnis is a Partner in the Edmond law firm of Rubenstein & Pitts, PLLC.  Todd was born in Lawton, Oklahoma, and moved to Edmond in 1981 where he graduated from high school in 1985.  He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1989 and his law degree in 1994 with Distinction, both from the University of Oklahoma.  Following graduation, Todd continued to be involved at the University of Oklahoma College of Law as an adjunct professor of law.

Evan Dargen

Redbud Elementary School

A graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Studies from Oklahoma City University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma, Evan has served the Edmond Community as a public educator in a variety of roles for 12 years.

Adam Pugh

Oklahoma State Senator

Adam Pugh represents Senate District 41 from Edmond, OK and was first elected in 2016. He currently serves as Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, Chair of Appropriations Subcommittee on Education, and is the Chair and founder of the Oklahoma Aerospace and Aviation Caucus.

Edmond City Council

Barry K. Moore is President of The BKM Group, a full-service consulting and lobbying firm providing federal and state legislative and regulatory assistance to several independent telecommunication companies doing business in the state of Oklahoma.

Meet the Emcee

Greg White

University of Central Oklahoma

Greg is back for round five after doing a spectacular job as the emcee for the 2018, 2019, 2021, & 2023 EDWS. Greg is an actor, director, playwright, producer, and presenter, who is the Director of Musical Theatre, the Executive Director for Broadway Tonight, and the Assistant Dean for the College of Fine Arts & Design at the University of Central Oklahoma.
