Better Ideas For Better Business
The current CEO Roundtable consists of approximately eight CEOs of Edmond area companies with 25 or more employees. The group would like to grow to twelve – fifteen CEOs.
The CEO Roundtable allows CEOs to develop relationships with other CEOs in a peer advisory setting. It provides timely, confidential assistance and advice to meet the challenges of managing and organizing a mid to large size business.
This group is a trusted set of business advisors who can help to explore in-depth questions, issues and help find solutions to problems. (This program is not a sales promotion opportunity.
It is offered to provide helpful advice to Edmond area CEOs.)
Criteria for Participation
- Must be the company’s CEO (no substitutes)
- Must have 25 or more employees
- Not a part of a franchise
- Must be a “for-profit” business
- Must be an Edmond Chamber member
The CEO Roundtable reflects a cross section of businesses (i.e. manufacturing, service, retail, professional). Only one CEO per industry will be selected in order to maintain a noncompetitive environment.
There is an annual participation fee of $125 for each CEO selected for the program.
Joining the Roundtable
The CEO Roundtable meets monthly at the Chamber offices. The Roundtable develops its own agenda for the monthly meetings and all discussions are confidential.
The CEO Roundtable has a moderator who assists in the development of meeting agendas, facilitates discussion and serves as a liaison with the Roundtable and the Chamber staff person.
The Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce assigns members to the group based on the industry and the type of company to ensure that direct competitors are not assigned to the group.
