Chamber Will Kick Off New Program for Locally Owned Businesses in Edmond
The Edmond Chamber of Commerce will officially kick off a new program for locally owned Edmond businesses on Wednesday, May 14 from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. at the Chamber.
Edmond Locally Owned seeks to create awareness in the community and encourage consumers to shop at locally owned businesses. This program is a business certification that will serve as a platform to differentiate locally owned businesses in the community. Edmond Locally Owned seeks to increase support for local businesses and sustain the character and quality of life in Edmond.
The kick-off reception will offer interested businesses an opportunity to learn more about the program and ask any questions they might have. Applications will become available then, both at the Chamber and online at www.edmondchamber.com. This program is presented by Citizens Bank of Edmond with Gold Sponsors Edmond Life & Leisure and Kennedy Tire & Auto Service.
