Program is open to members of ECC.

Must be 18 years and older to participate.

Program may be cancelled at any time without notice.

Employees of ECC and their immediate family are not eligible to participate and win prizes.

There are no limits in the amount of points you can earn.

Change of employment: points will stay with transferring individual. A transfer form must be filled out and sent to ECC for all changes and points to be transferred. Allow one week for processing of date received.

Prizes will be awarded only to members of ECC in good standing and after completing the written prize release.

The Edmond Chamber is not liable for any taxes or additional fees of prizes.

If the person whose name is drawn does not meet contest qualifications another name may be drawn.

Each winner is responsible for all costs or expenses incurred in claiming or using the prize, including, but not limited to insurance, fuel, Federal/State Income Tax and other charges over and above the designated prize package. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the grand prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations. No substitution, extension, change or transfer of the prize is permitted for any reason. Prize is not redeemable for cash value.

No substitution for, or transfer of, the prize is allowed, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail/phone or mail on the day that the winning entry is drawn

Noncompliance within this time period, return of any prize notification as undeliverable or ineligibility of selected winner will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected (if time permits) subject to the criteria in these rules.

By entering the contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these contest rules and regulations, and further releases and forever discharges and indemnifies sponsor(s) and anyone else involved in the development, production or handling of the contest, their suppliers and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents (collectively “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, courses of action, suits and demands of any kind arising in connection with the contest, including without limitation, any financial, legal or moral responsibility, for loss or personal injury including death suffered or arising from the acceptance of the prize as awarded, whether suffered by the winner or his/her heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors, however caused. Decisions of each participating sponsor are final on all matters relating to this contest. By participating in the …retention program, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of participating sponsor(s).

Each sponsor reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, without prior notice, or modify official rules if deemed necessary, and is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or damage suffered by the entrants as a result.

Contest is void where prohibited.

As a prize winner, you acknowledge that ECC and participating sponsor(s) have the right to without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are a prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of participating sponsor(s). Another winner may, or may not, be selected.

The decision of each participating sponsors’ management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official contest rules.

If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit his/her prize.

The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to Federal/State Income Tax.

Participating Sponsor is not responsible and will provide no warranties regarding the use of the grand prize.

All prizes must be claimed at the participating sponsor(s) during regular business hours, 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Winners are required to present valid identification. All identification submitted to verify a winner is subject to verification and acceptance by participating sponsor(s) at its sole discretion.

Identification that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered will not be accepted.

Participating sponsor(s) can require presentation of an original birth certificate, passport, Social Security card, valid driver’s license or other identification to verify the winner’s identity.

All participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, if applicable, and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By participating in this contest, all potential winners release sponsor(s) and their respective employees and their agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, parent and subsidiary companies, and individuals, including employees and their immediate families or members of their households from any and all liability with respect to participation in this contest and acceptance of any merchandise or prize, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.

The failure of the participating sponsor(s) or prize providers to comply with any provision of these Official

Rules and Regulations due to an act of God, hurricane, war, terror, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the contest sponsors, (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules and Regulations.

Prize must be collected within 30 days of their prize being awarded. Failure to claim the prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize.
