Objective: Hold the annual sporting clays tournament in Fall 2011 to foster networking and promotional opportunities for members.
Time commitment/tasks: Meetings September thru October to plan event, recruit teams and gather door prizes and goodie bag items. Members must be willing help the day of the tournament and call on members to play and/or donate items for door prizes and goodie bags.
Meetings: Meeting notifications are sent by email and scheduled as needed to plan for the event in the few months leading up to it.
Who can be involved: Any member can be a part of this committee.
How to get involved: Contact the Chamber to be added to the meeting list.
