Objective: Plan and hold the Annual Awards Banquet in February 2011 to honor Chamber and community leaders and volunteers. Event Goals: 350 attendees, $20,500 net income.
Time commitment/tasks: Meetings November thru February to brainstorm themes, emcee and awards. Members must be willing decorate the day of the banquet and attend the banquet to help as needed.
Meetings: Meeting notifications are sent by email and scheduled as needed to plan for the event in the few months leading up to it.
Who can be involved: Any member can be a part of this committee.
