Each week, EYP recognizes new members in the organization. This group is constantly growing and changing and we love bringing in new members and fresh ideas! This week, we are excited to welcome Tiffany Anderson, Rebekah Graham, Brad Jayroe and Justin Williams.

Tiffany Anderson

Creative Services Manager at Goodwill Industries of Oklahoma

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a Loyal and True Oklahoma State grad. My back up career plan is to star in infomercials. I was taught it takes less than 10 seconds to be extra kind in all situations, to all people.

What do you like most about Oklahoma?
The true four-seasons we experience each year, even if in sporadic variations.

What is your typical work day like?
The unique part about my work day is the opportunity to work with every department in the agency. As the brand gate-keeper, I enjoy learning what each department's promotional needs are. Since Goodwill offers many different services we have fun creating personalized marketing campaigns that speaks to each audience.

What is one thing you can’t live without?
Lipstick

Rebekah Graham

Area Director of Sales at Ashton Management Company

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have been in Edmond my whole life, minus one year we spent in western OK.  I love this community and would not want my children to be raised anywhere else!  I am the Area Director of Sales for Aston Management Company and oversee both the Home2 Suites Edmond and Quail Springs properties and soon the new Hampton Quail Springs property.  I also am co-owner of Martial Arts Ministries (MAM), along with my husband Blake.

What is your typical work day like?
Every day looks different in my life! Some days, it's full of corporations and groups arriving at our properties and then I head to teach classes at MAM; other days I get to be out and about in the community.  I absolutely love what I get to do and the people I get to interact with.

Bradley Jayroe

Financial Representative at COUNTRY Financial

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and moved to Edmond when I was 15. I attended high school at Edmond Santa Fe, and later obtained a degree in Strategic-Organizational Communications at the University of Central Oklahoma. I work as an Insurance Agent at COUNTRY Financial where I work with a team of people to help clients get their financial houses in order and make sure they are built on a strong and secure foundation.

What do you like most about Oklahoma?
What I like most about Oklahoma is the people. I’ve made some great, lifelong friends here, and the overall population of people in general are warm, friendly and helpful. I also love to see how much we’ve grown as a city and hope to see us continue that positive growth in the coming years. Lastly, I have to say that I love the laid-back vibe of Oklahoma City and Edmond— I feel that it fits my personality and has a perfect blend of urban and rural dynamics.

What is your typical work day like?
My typical work day usually involves meeting with potential clients either at my office or at their dwellings, but usually the latter. I like to meet with my clients face to face to really get to know them and see how I can help them. On days that I don’t have appointments, I usually am in my office examining my marketing efforts, making and taking calls, or working on quotes and illustrations for clients.

What is one thing you can't live without?
One thing I can’t live without is my inner circle, which would include my girlfriend, family, and a handful of close friends. I know that no matter what life throws at me I can rely on them for support, advice, or just a good time when I need it.

Justin Williams

Financial Representative at Wells Fargo Advisors

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors where I help clients reach their financial goals. Originally from Texas, but lived in Edmond for about a year when I was 13, which is when I met my wife. When I am not working for my clients, I love to spend time with my beautiful wife Aja and our handsome baby boy.

What do you like most about Oklahoma?
I love that it is a big city geographically, but has the small town feel.

What is your typical work day like?
A typical work day for me is spending a majority of my time collaborating with clients to help them realize any financial goal they may have.

What is one thing you can’t live without?
I definitely could not live without my wife and son. They make me better and force me to be great at whatever I do.
