Native Summit recently held a ribbon cutting with the Edmond Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their 10-year anniversary at 100 N. Broadway.
Native Summit is an outdoor gear store located in the heart of downtown Edmond. The independent, locally owned and operated store has provided all things outdoors to the Edmond community for the past ten years. In 2008, owner John James quit his day job and opened the shop under the name Edmond Summit Company. In 2016, the store rebranded to Native Summit. Regardless of the name, they work hard to provide the best gear in the outdoor industry. The products you will find in the store are tested by the staff and almost everything they sell comes with a lifetime guarantee.
The public is invited to Native Summit’s all day 10-year anniversary party on Saturday, November 3. When the store opens at 10 a.m., free coffee and pancakes will be provided until noon. Throughout the day there will be giveaways, raffles and competitions to win free gear. That night from 6:30-8:30 there will be live music, a smore’s bar, craft beer, outdoor games and more.
