Aaron Steffens
Aaron Steffens is Vice-President of Performance Management for Mercy Health System of Oklahoma. Aaron has 19 years experience in the healthcare industry, including administrative, operations improvement, project management, training/instruction, and clinical/technical roles.
Aaron has been with Mercy for the last 11 years and has served in variety of roles. Prior to becoming Vice-President, Aaron was Executive Director of Surgical Services and also served as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the four state regions of the Sisters of Mercy Health System.
Aaron holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma, as well as, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Aaron grew up in the Oklahoma City area and has lived in Edmond with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children since 2004.
